Stay Apart, Stay Together.
Original song by Jessica Hutton
Film by Jamie van Leeuwen
"I wrote this song not too long after spending my 30th birthday at home. I had planned a big birthday bash but had to cancel when we weren't allowed to leave our suburbs or have visitors over. I knew it was for the greater good that we all stayed home.
"This song inspired me to spread a tiny bit of joy where possible!"
Political Portraits
Original work by Steven Stanley
These paintings were inspired by the COVID-19 outbreak in Victoria and the response from our health leaders. The concept for these paintings was to capture the current mandatory mask wearing laws.
They feature Victorian Premier Dan Andrews, Victoria's CHO Brett Sutton, Victorian Health Minister Jenny Mikakos and Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt.
“This period has given me inspiration and motivation to work out what I want to say as an artist and promoting positive messages in a somewhat negative world."
Mark Dickinson as “CLARENCE” from RICHARD III
Filmed in isolation & directed via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020
Using Shakespeare’s original text and characters, we shine a light on the human experience in a COVID-19 world.
This is a series where you can build your own experience, watching the episodes in any order, as they are all stand-alone pieces that eventually form a mosaic of human experience.

Lola's Encouragement
By Lola
"Lola was sick of hearing and seeing so much negativity so she decided to share a quote or message a day until Melbourne was out of lockdown and isolation had ended.
"Everyday she gathered a quote or message and wrote it on the board. Once she had taken a picture, the board was placed outside her house for all the neighbours walkers to see."

Lockdown Cartoons
By David Blumenthal
"I usually draw cartoons and gags on my kids' sandwich bags...just to bring some smiles (and yes, dad joke groans!) to their school days. Being locked down has meant the usual 'sandwich bag season' has been put on hold.
"My wife challenged me to put my cartooning to good use and try to find the upsides to being stuck at home.
"The aim was to bring some much needed smiles to everyone and it's a reminder that there is always something good (and dad-joke worthy) in any situation!"
